Up for sale is my super lovely and sparkly Gretsch 6120 Hot Rod in the best colour IMO ( well it’s the one Mr Setzer himself seems to favour. I can’t promise it will make you play like him.

It’s a 2016 model so generation 3 model which comes with the following features Gretsch head’s often refer to these as the favoured Hot Rod models.

• Brian Setzer Sig TV Jones Pickups
• Ebony Fretboard 
• Trestle Bracing  - Real feedback killer. My Es 330 could do with this.
• 9.5 radius over the normal Gretsch 12”
• Slightly larger 2.75” body depth in line with Setzer’s original 59 6120.
• pinned adjustomatic bridge 
• Gotoh locking tuners.

I would say the neck carve feels more like a soft V than the standard skinny Gretsch U.

Sounds and plays great but looks even cooler. Condition is pretty mint and comes with Gretsch Hardcase COA & paperwork.

Based in South Manchester but don’t mind a drive to meet halfway an hour or so away.

Thanks Dave. It's the best playing sounding / Gretsch I've owned and there's been a few! 

As is a running issue with me . Gretsch neck profile's do not work well with my tendonitis so keen to move this one on now. Bloody shame as imo they as the best looking guitars about.

They are, Alex. While I don’t particularly suit Gretsches (and I’m disappointed with that because others take to them like a duck to water) if I had the money, I would have rooms full of them and that is a stunner.
