Taking Notes

Since taking down notes is likely a part of most people's songwriting, do any of you have a good way of taking notes, both audio memos and text notes, on a mobile phone and having the notes automatically be available on a PC?

Any recommended apps or service etc?

I use Google Keep.

I use Masterwriter - you can make notes, record audio and it also has rhyming dictionaries and other writing tools.
