Symphony Music Store?

Has anyone used this shop before? They seem to have some cool stuff but I’ve never heard of them. Ok to use?

Just spoke to them on the phone and they seem great. Good communication and friendly. Especially when they are just about to go into a tier 3 lockdown.

I guess I'll have to make sure I'll wipe down anything I order from them soon

Just ordered something from them. I’ll keep you updated on how the process goes etc Could be a new place to buy stuff from. Some decent prices on there too

Went to this place for a Taylor roadshow about 4 years ago.
Seemed a decent place with a good range of stuff on show and they also seemed to know what they were talking about with regard to their stock.

I must admit they were a joy to speak to on the phone. Very human. Must’ve been the northern friendliness lol 

Which is probably why they are in tier 3 lockdown

Late to the party. I bought a used guitar from them a while back. They were great.

Couldn't get to the store,  but they sent me a video of the guitar being played, offered full returns and a warranty (as it had originally been sold by them when new), delivered promptly and at a fair price.

Couldn't ask for more really.

Not too late. Always good to spread the word to help small uk businesses. Especially now I’ll be shopping with them again
