Hi all - I have a pretty beaten up V-Twin - crackly pots, a few cosmetic flaws, some dullness to the metal casing etc.  But still sounds fabulous...

What should I sell it for?!

    Those reasons are good enough

  • I sold a good one a couple of years ago for £180 (I think).

    So... £120?

    A better example.

Or clean the pots and keep it.

They have many little annoyances - switching delay being the worst - so much so that I sold mine. Then bought another one when I missed the sound. Repeat three times...

I finally came to terms with the annoyances and decided to keep the one I have, even though I don’t use it much. Nothing else ever made sounds as good.

  • The prices on these are all over the place to be fair. I've had a couple and struggled to sell them both and got offered ridiculously low amounts at times especially from shops as trade ins. But then they go for £200 ish on eBay sometimes so who knows! I think you have to be right place right time but you should definitely get £150+ if you are patient
Please note my communication is not very good, so please be patient with me

Thanks guys.  To be honest, it’s not really giggable at the mo without a service, so might put it up for £120 or something and see if anyone bites :)

I'll take it off your hands for £120 if you're serious. PM me.
