[SOLD] Loic Lepape Les Paul 54 red reliced Steel guitar

Wonderful steel guitar, very resonant like all the LePape guitars I have tried... mine was done after Jared James Nichols 53 ole' red LP... it sounds sweet, weight under 4kg (about 3.9), and looks killer for sure. Comes in the LePape LP hardcase, no scratch, as new. Neck is a rounded 59, which is in between a 59 and a 60 IMO, neither big or slim tapper. Pickups are Kent Amstrong P90, very well suited for this guitar.

Price is 2000 euros shipped to the UK.

I need a strat so only possible trade for a strat, either custom shop fender or LSL, Haar, Smitty, SVL...

Yes of course, the guitar comes with a hard case original from LePape (written on the case), and the guitar weight between 3.8 and 4kg... Loic put it at 3.8kg and I read 3.9kg when I tried to get the weight at home.

In definitive, it weight just like other LP I have/had, not too much for a LP.

I was like you and was against before I got this one, I mean the resonance is second to none other set neck LP I had, probably caused by the hollow steel body.

Thanks, and good question, it is what Loic calls a rounded 59s neck, I guess it is not as fat as the usual 59 rounded, but not as thin as slim tapper necks on 60s...

hehe, it is true, wraptail adds something to the overall feel and sustain i guess... and nothing to adjust tonality.
