Found this in my cupboard! The label says "Uni-directional Electret Condenser Microphone - Imp. 50k and 600 ohms - Japan"

It appears to kick-out a line level signal and is powered by a single AA battery. It has an on/off switch and comes with a cable (4-prong mic connection to 1/4" mono) and a mic clip as pictured. It might be over 40 years old and appears to be in excellent condition! If it's worth a lot more, someone let me know please
