Can anyone cut a pickguard for me?

I recently bought a Sigma GTCE-2-SB+ acoustic and I fancied adding a tortoiseshell effect pickguard so I took a punt on one off ebay which was the right colour and looked the right shape but unfortunately the hole cutout was just a touch too small. I had a go at cutting it out a bit with a stanley knife and tracing paper but made something of a balls of it, unsurprisingly.

I'm guessing there are templates out there that would make this an easy job - and maybe someone here would be willing to fix this for me for a suitable fee?

This is the one I bought - I really struggled to find that colour in that shape...

  • I can't help practically  but if you get really stuck you could try Tiny Tone. It used to be Jack's Instrument Services and they get loads of plaudits for their bespoke scratch plates. Might be expensive though.

    Good luck
