2010 Fender USA Clapton 'Blackie' Strat. Original spec, in lovely condition with hang tags and all case candy including the walnut plug to block the trem.
Really nice neck profile and the active tone and mid boost controls offer amazing versatility.

Also included is a roadworn look Fender MIJ ST54 maple neck which the previous luthier owner re-profiled from soft 'V' to 'C' and re-fretted with medium Jumbo frets (in great condition). It also includes the original MIJ Fender tuners. Again, a really nice neck profile.

Both necks have been luthier fret-dressed & polished prior to listing.

IMO the vintage fretted standard Clapton neck is a pleasure to play strung with 9.5 gauge but for 10's and above I prefer bigger frets.
The additional MIJ neck offers the owner the best of both worlds. It also looks quite authentic to the original guitar this signature model was based on.
