1) AMT WH1 Wah Pedal (Japanese Girl) -  £65 now £55 (incl UK postage)

This is an excellent compact wah pedal (about the size of a standard Boss / MXR pedal) from the superb AMT company. It features a switchable response which changes the character of the wah, and the treadle itself provides a nice gentle sweep giving you excellent control.

This one comes in near mint condition and in original packaging which does have a few scuffs.




2) Morley 20/20 Distortion Wah - £75

This is a superb Wah pedal from the the kings of wah - Morley! It's from their most recent range and is only a matter of months old.

This pedal offers a number of really appealing features:

- it's compact (about 7" x 5") so takes up a lot less room on your 'board that a full size wah
- it's 2 pedals in 1 - a wah and a distortion
- it features Morley's brilliant switchless design

The wah side of this pedal is really really good - it has a great treadle that is smooth and gives the perfect sweeping wah effect. But added to that is the switchless sprung design - this means that as soon as you lift your foot off the treadle, it returns to the rest position and de-activates the wah. Simply put your foot back on the treadle and rock and the wah kicks back in, so no more pressing hard on the toe to activate a switch!

In my opinion, the distortion side of things is a less exciting - this features its own switch along with level, tone and gain controls. If you want something that will give full on distortion sounds instead of a dedicated distortion pedal or amp channel I don't think this is it. But it works well as a cleanish boost or as a low gain overdirve to push your amp or drive pedal a little harder. Still a great feature to have along side the wah.

This comes in near mint condition - there is the odd tiny mark, and a bit of velcro on the bottom. The pedal comes in its original packaging which does have a few scuffs and also a power supply!
