Squier CV Jazzmaster - bridge post Allen/hex key size?

So none of my myriad Allen keys fit the bridge post height adjusters on my new Squier Jazzmaster. It's the Classic Vibe with Mustang-style bridge.

I can see .050" allen keys out there for adjusting Fender saddle heights - is this the the right size for the bridge posts too?

Sadly I don't have access to a CV Jazzmaster, but I'm fairly sure that all CV guitars have metric fittings, not US 'imperial'.

Thanks. I've got a set of metric keys and none fit.

Ruling out inaccurately sized keys (it can happen with lower priced tools) that's a puzzle.
Given that logically it has to be either metric or Imperial (or whatever regional variation of that system might be...) there must be a key that will fit.
Not being condescending here, but this page covers a lot of ground.

There is one key missing from my Imperial set - guess which one it appears to be

The set doesn't refer to sizes in thou of an inch though, but Fender-suitable keys for sale on ebay etc do. So I'm just trying to confirm I'll be buying the right one if I get a .050" one.

I'll just buy one and hope for the best.

So I can confirm an .050 saddle key does not fit the bridge posts.

Yes! Turns out I wasn't quite getting my 1.5mm key in there far enough, idiot that I am. Tried it again and it works.

Great news 
I don't see any fault on your behalf. I'd say it was an unintuitive design plus a failure to include basic adequate user adjustment information by the manufacturer
