That's a cracker! I have a Stellarosa Lite and have just had the quote back for a JB light in gloss black.

Does that have the series / parallel wiring? Great extra setting. Also, is that a wenge neck flaming is acw.

Thanks! Yeah, a lite of some sort - probably a Double Standard to match the shape of this one  is on the medium term wish list. Have some wacky ideas...

It does have the series/parallel option. Extremely useful - but it almost lives in the series position because that’s usually my favourite sound. Was recording something once where it was a bit “too much” and the parallel position solved it though, so having both is awesome. 

Yep, solid wenge neck. Very underused wood IMO. It’s also a favourite of Doug Kauer’s on his builds - feels amazing. Big fan!

Matt is a super under-appreciated builder on these shores. I guess you have to kind of be in the retro/quirky nearly-offset mindset to appreciate what he does but if that’s your vibe then it’s as good as anything out there (and I say that as a Novo/Kauer owner...)
