Expression/volume pedal question

So, I need an expression pedal for my EHX Cockfight so I can use it as a normal wah.  Looking at the Boss FV500H, I see it can also be used as a volume pedal. Would I be able to plug in to both inputs, with a separate A/B switcher so I can switch to volume or expression as I need? ?

    Yes. The two halves of the stereo pedal are completely separate, so if you've got some means of bypassing one or the other it will work.
