Microphone stands

I own two microphone stands, both of which have lost the thread on the base screw rendering them unstable and thus unusable. Can anyone recommend a brand of solid, robust industry standard? Not your Staggs etc pls.

There are no threads to go on these which is often the failing point on any mic stand.

I used one for around 3 years up until the pandemic hit and it was still going strong.

Actually, I have a couple of Stagg ‘heavy duty’ stands that have provided many years of reliable service.

i have a couple of gravity stands that i like a lot

there's another brand called something like K&R? can't quite remember but they're comparable to gravity pricewise

I've an Adam Hall that has lasted longer than anything I've had previously.

K&M is industry standard, you can get spares if you wear them out (that's hard to do), I've got some that are 20+ years old and still serviceable.
