  • This is so good, as its a guy at end of his life singing it not a 25 year old Lennon.
    Maybe if Lennon had grown d he could have done it far better but sadly we will never know.

  • If you want some of the most authentic covers that are true to the studio recordings, then you don't have to look much further than the Reo Brothers:



    The guy that does the John Lennon vocals sounds hauntingly like him, and the others do a good job of replicating McCartney et al.
