I had to return a Prs A50E sadly. Absolutely loved it.

Now what else out there is worth the money. Something with a solid spruce top would be nice. I would order an A50E again but the prices seem to be going up

Eastman (PCH2 and PCH3 - latter has a bit of mission creep on budget) are good by reputation, although not played one.

I've always been quite impressed*, but not blown away, by the low and mid-range Faith guitars I've played. Certainly very servicable and playable for the money. Having a quick look at new prices, you're very much at the bottom end of their stuff though.

Quite a few people around here, judging by what I see in public, have Alvarez and Tanglewood offerings that seem to be OK, but not actually got my paws on one.

*Not that I'm much judge, to be fair

Eastman @ £500 would get you all solid woods and a tasty gig-bag.
DM me if I can help you out.
    Cheers Simon
