Don't need to say much more that considered by many to be the definitive 5E3! I had Paul @ Zilla make the case as I thought that Dr B's looked a little too rustic for me. Fitted with Celestion Blue. £600.











Bad Cat Black Cat 30 (SOLD)

Purchased this from the amazingly talented Mr Ivison. It's Samson era amp and sounds epic. Amp covering has a few bumps and nicks commensurate with use but is operationally perfect. The amp is stuffed with Matchless components and hence represents a great way to get 'that' sound at somewhat reasonable money!

I too am fascinated by the vyse despite not needing it, having room for it and nothing in the guitar pot!

Mine has the most beautiful clean tone up to about 2 on vol 1 (& vol 2 dimmed) and then starts to break up into ferociousness. Killer but not quiet - 5E3's seem to be at full 22 watts of volume after 2.5 ish..
