Noisemakers Guild are playing a last minute gig at The Mist Rolling Inn on Saturday 6th December. It’s Free admission and there’s loads of other bands on too. We’re in the cellar bit.

Christmas party at our singer’s local tomorrow, Saturday 20th: Duke of Cambridge, Woodborough Road, Nottingham. Inevitably there will be some Christmas songs, but we’ll play a lot from our conventional repertoire.

Playing a private party tonight (a 21st for a yound lady born on NYE).  It's a long, long, time since I've played at NY.  I'll be using the Line 6 Stadium for the first time.

I'm having Hogmanay off for the first time in sveral years and will be going to a party with my wife. The rest of the band are playing and have had to rearrange quite a few songs because they're not using a dep. I did give them 12 months notice that I wasn't available, but there you go.

First time in conttol of lighting, but 50 hours of programming lights to sync with backing tracks means i shouldnt have much to do in real time.

Rehersal monday went well with a couple of niggles ive sorted.

My last dep gig with Living the dream. Bury St Edmunds Sugar beet social club. I’ve lived and gigged local for 5 decades and this is my first visit there.

Not tonight but Saturday, but as there are only a dozen or so tickets left I thought I should mention it sooner rather than later:

I am playing with Rebel Heroes at Pound Arts in Corsham, Wiltshire. Expect 2 hours of cracking David Bowie covers, from the first single issued under his adopted name, to material from his final studio album. There will be loads of hits of course, but also some ‘deep cut’ album tracks.
