Simmons SDS IV Drum Synth Fuse .

Just picked up an vintage Simmons SDS IV Synth , plugged it an no sign of life . I have opened it up and the fuse may have blown but not too sure what fuse to order .
The fuse has corroded quite a bit but looks like 500ma then followed by 250 ( ( i think ) . it measures 20mm but not too sure if I need order a slow blow or quick blow .
