More out of curiosity, apart from the obvious Taylor, and Eastman, which other companies are building Grand Auditorium guitars?

    All of them.

Some have different names, of course. Auditorium, grand auditorium, 000, OM, 808, traditional, concert .... there are countless names for the various shapes somewhere larger than a parlour and smaller than a dreadnought, but they are only meaningful within any  one particular company's range.

A quick Ebay search revealed a selection of other companies (list in sort of ascending price):
    Brunswick
    Sire
    Crafter
    Framus
    Ibanez
    Vintage
    Yamaha
    Cort
    Faith
    Alvarez
    Takamine
    Dowina
    Auden
    Furch (thank you, @Kilgore)
    Martin (GP guitars, it seems)

    Does that sound about right?

Are there any Grand Auditoriums that have a scale of 25" or less that anyone knows of?

Gibson uses 24¾" for some models.

For a time, in some territories, Furch used the name Stonebridge. You should be able to find pre-owned examples for reasonable prices.
    Be seeing you.
