Sold: Morris Tweed 5w Valve Amp -£200

A great sounding amp in 9.5 out of 10 condition. The grill is perfect with no nicks and the tweed has no marks, just a tiny bit of shine on a couple of corners.

Purchased by me from that @DrCornelius one a few moths ago, as it was going so cheap I couldn't bear it, but then it's sat in a corner as it's basically a Princeton circuit, and I already have a Princeton...

Not quite Champ territory - you can get some break up if you crank it but it's great for clean and warm jazzy 'clean' too.

Yours for £200; based Barnet (N London) would prefer not to have to ship as amps can be a pain,. but will discuss if necessary.

Ah yes I remember now ! I was the buckeroo donkey carrying it along with a guitar and a bag in pissing rain for 10 mins while you two ‘sheltered’ in a pub :-)

After these intimate recherche du temps perdu moments, I've now located the original box for this, so shipping will be a doddle.  Guess at around £20: anything more and I'll wear the difference.  Anybody want it?

JM , you wouldn’t fancy a bit of swapsies for my Fender HRD and a few pennies my way ?  Alternatively does anyone want a cheap HRD ? (£300 inc a Lion Tamer and a cover)

It’s like an extra master master volume so you don’t need to be a safe cracker to get the master volume to behave . I think someone on here makes them- great little things

Hi Pat, it’s an earlier one , I think a model II as it has the silver facia. I’ll stick a FS post up tomorrow while Mr Moans Morris is still available.

Its in really good nick with a footswitch and a Henweigh too

Completely forgot about this bump.

@adampeter it is indeed a 5F2a circuit, and the noise emanates from an Emininence 10” emanator.

Indeed. A 10" Eminence EGTR-S1010 speaker in a larger enclosure to give extra oomph in the bass frequencies, by all accounts.
