Problem With Steinberg Hub Connection

Just opened Cubase on the Laptop and found that the page on the Hub won't connect. I haven't changed anything or done anything and it worked fine last time. Pissed off doesn't even come close. What's going on? I have some pictures to show you the garbled message.

After clicking the Change Settings button, this pops up, although I have had differing pop ups.

Daft question, but I'm rather ignorant about tech, I installed Kaspersky Free A.V on my Android Phone earlier. Do you think it might have owt to do with it.

I'm at a total loss, anyone help?

The bits I can read on the first pic, I have tried and those TSL options are all turned on in both Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Anyone have a clue? It's just annoying.
