    This thread is just 'nuts'!  

    On a more sensible note, I'm curious...why is it called a nut??!!  Anyone know? 
    I started out with nothing..... but I've still got most of it left (Seasick Steve)

    Possibly from the Germanic word ‘nut’ meaning a groove or slot.

    Because it drives you nuts when you get a poorly cut one.
