Gigrig quartermaster and dual pedals

Probably a daft question but has anyone used a quartermaster with a boss dd500 or strymon mobius?

I’m thinking you can only use it for the bypass  on or off rather than turning on/off patch a or patch b?  I’m not talking about changes banks on these just for turning on/off the two presets.

    You can only switch a pedal in and out of the circuit, you can not control a dual pedal with it

    I have a customised quartermaster 6 where one of the switches is a toggle for a pedal instead of a loop.
