    And Eccleshall off sale as I have been reliably informed by his assistant its actually not an Eccleshall. So I have been sold a dud by No toms guitars in Denmark Street! Will set up a separate post to see what my legal position is.

    And as a follow up, as per a separate thread, No Tom's were great here, and provided the back story - unbeknown to the Eccleshall family, this turned out to be a genuine and very early non-standard build Eccleshall, and has been provisionally sold to Chris Eccleshall's son.
