The Rift Tweed 30 is a seriously good amp. I got within a whisker of buying one from Chris a few years back but a couple of big unexpected bills put paid to that. I'm now sorted with a couple of old Fender amps but if I wasn't I'd jump at this Tweed 30. For heaven's sake someone buy it! You'd not regret it, particularly at this price.

Sorry I should have been clearer. Not asking you to change it but if I didn't like the 15" speaker would I be able to install a new baffle. Cheers

I don’t know for sure. The grille seems to be fixed to the baffle so perhaps it might be possible but not straight forward. I have been considering replacing the 15” Jensen with a 12” creamback neo, which should be possible with an adapter baffle ring. But it’s still a hassle and I quite like the vintage, true to spec vibe and tone  with the Jensen!
