anyone had any experience playing/buying these?

Just wanted to highlight my experience here to warn others.
1. After waiting nearly 5 months for pedal (having pre-paid) and waiting list not moved at all, I asked seller to cancel my order and refund.
2. He refused and was pretty unpleasant.
3. I raised the case with PayPal which I'd used to pay.
4. Seller immediately bumped me to front of queue and sent out pedal
5. Which didn't work- it was broken on delivery
6. having agreed to refund if I return, he's now refusing to pay customs charges so pedal been sitting in Italian customs for 3 weeks.
7. Replies to my emails with further childish, unhelpful responses.
8. Some people have clearly had a better experiences buying from Triungulo but looking at his Facebook page and gear net, I'm not the only one.
