Hi - I’m looking to put together a guitar/vocal duo in the Camberley/Farnborough/Guildford area. My influences are many and varied: XTC, Prefab Sprout, Django Rheinhardt, Gary Moore, Thin Lizzy, Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac, Jimi Hendrix, James Taylor, Dave Edmunds, Elvis Costello, SRV, JJ Cale, AC/DC, Steely Dan, Rodrigo y Gabriella etc
The idea would be to play a wide variety of material in a duo format but not shy away from playing some more challenging guitar stuff e.g. Thin Lizzy twin guitar harmonies backed-up with vocal harmonies, or straight guitar duets such as Django's Swing 39.
It would also be good to perform some original material...
