Raising Head and Cab?

Besides beer crates….what do people use to raise a head and cab off the floor when gigging?

If it’s my little Mesa 5:25 1x10” combo then whatever I can scrounge at the venue (small table, chair, stool, whatever…).

If it’s the big rig (Blackstar 104 and Marshall 1936 2x12” cab) then the cab stands on its end on an extra set of feet (actually furniture “glides” from B&Q) which I screwed on for the purpose.

I really must get one of those proper tilting stands some time…

Been using one of  these for years. 

I've had a couple of the tilting amp stands, but I always find them a bit of a faff to use, (for some reason I find adjusting the amp controls on them a lot harder!!) . I also prefer the speaker to be flat rather that an angle.

My Mesa Boogie’s flight case takes it to the right height.  The wheels are good too.. it weighs as much as neutron star.
