Chibson, but not as many obvious tell-tale signs as most. Most obvious is the headstock being just... completely wrong, but also Epiphone pickup rings (too creamy, too wide), chrome hardware (not nickel), and a cheapie aftermarket case doesn't help.
I think the body shape is the Epiphone rounder horn too, but it's harder to tell - the pickup selector is actually positioned correctly, which it rarely is on Epiphones and Chibsons, and the body shape isn't as wildly wrong as most.
Edit: oh god, I've only just seen the travesty of a logo attempt.

Serial dates it to 20 June 2006. Is that the year it is being sold as?

FYI - despite many obvious flaws (as pointed out by @fnpt and others), an immediate one is now absent on the more recent examples I’ve seen - the bridge mounting posts are often now closer to the genuine article than the previous ‘import’ slot-head style.
