    Hello Everyone

I'm a bass player who also enjoys strumming the skinny strings.

Q1:  Where did you username come from?

    My name

Q2:  Where in the world/country are you?

    South London

Q3:  What's your main musical ambition?

    To have fun

Q4:  Your "best" bit of gear - just the one?

My New Gibson Les Paul 60s Standard in Bourbon Burst with AAA flamed top. Lovely

Q5:  Your #1 ever track - again, just the one?

I love the serene beauty of 'Earth From Orbit' by Izabella Khalo, but I could have chosen any of the tracks on her 'Fragile' album even though she's a keyboards player.

I have three very nice Gordon Smiths, but there's still a place on my wish list for a custom Gatsby. So cool!

    Hi All,

My username originated a long time ago in a band-specific music forum where people all had cool and scary names.  My attempt to scare people paid off as someone went "Wurgh!!" in response to the first post I made there.  The joke is over though, you don't have to do that :-)

I'm in Brighton, East Sussex in the UK

It's be great to be able to play guitar well enough to play to friends etc so that is my main aim.  Would also be nice to be able to sing but that's another story.

It's either my PRS McCarty 594 SE or my Alvarez MDR70ESP but I can't choose between those...

A single best track ?  That's basically impossible but Peter Hammill's "Two or Three Spectres" comes to mind...

    Nice to meet you all,

    Boo
