Who uses a TC Electronics Nova Drive?

Anybody any experience of the TC Electronics Nova Drive and how they stack up as a usable drive pedal?

I had one years ago when I used a g system.    I really liked it, the options to stack the two drives worked really well and sounded great.    

There’s been a lot of drive pedals released since then though but if you like the features then I think they are a decent pedal.

It requires an unusual 12v power supply, which was a pain in the arse

The nova pedals should work fine from a 9v pedal.. it’s something I contacted TC about years ago when I first got a nova delay.

I have a couple of them and think they're great. Everything is fully controllable by MIDI, I like the sound of the drive and distortion which can be in series (either way round) or parallel per preset. Yes they're officially 12v and a highish current, but my Hot Stone powers them fine.
