Sorted now. Natural Alder strat body. Maple Tele neck.

Looking for a natural finish alder...maybe ash...Stratocaster body. One or two piece with good grain especially on the upper bout.

Also a 21 fret maple Telecaster neck preferably with the spaghetti 50's logo. Licensed items fine but don't want anything vintage or reliced. Prefer finished items to something I need to clear coat if possible.

What have you got?!!

I want to make a strat with a tele neck....like Tommy Bolins....a mischief maker would do but its purple and they're never close by.
It's been a project i've put off for too long....40 yrs or so..... SSS body,  fat baja tele neck ideal...  what ya got...

Don’t forget a strat neck has a rounded end , whereas a tele is square ended, it’s possible to fit a strat neck into a tele pocket without modification, however the other way round will need work to make the intonation right, good luck.

I thought it was the other way around. I've got a strat pocket body with a Tele neck and it's fine

Good luck with the project.  I'm doung the exact same thing atm with a squier strat body and mexican tele neck...love it so far!

Thanks all, i was aware of the neck fitment...Tommys was rounded off on the neck ...Allen Collins used one too .seemed a common swap back when my heros were around!!!

@DrBob thanks, i'm prepared to do some sanding or cutting, i tried all this once in the 90's with some Tokais and found out it was doable at a cost to the neck or body, but decided against it.

I've got this, finished in clear coat - ash. Made a great sounding strat - currently loaded and was hoping to sell all as one as in my ad but happy to part out (might not be for your taste on your project), although I'd recommend the bridge it's been adapted for which has a Callaham block. I do also have an Allparts 50s style tele neck ijn breat nick - it's on the back burner for a project but could part with it for an overall deal.
