@rze99 did you know that song anyway or just googled it or even seen me post it on here before? The Larks were a band being groomed for greatness with various TV appearances and a lot of gigging, I must  have seen them six times in the eighties although that song isn't particularly representative of their output. Band I loved sooo much at the time but disappeared from trace.

It's the first thing that comes into my head when I hear the name "Maggie". Dave, the drummer in the Larks, is a pal.

I used to like a TV series called (I think) The Rock Years so a lot of 1970s songs have a bit of news footage over the beginning in my mind. Ideally would have moved onto another bit over the end. Usually there’s a pope died but I’ll say this for Maggie no pope died whilst she was PM! 

It is very well done, very cleverly crafted. Although it did call to mind The Larks for a couple of us admittedly that's fairly obscure and it isn't just that song replayed and they didn't come up with that chant anyway. Apologies that you've put this up and it's gone on a bit of a diversion but really good.

Hehe,   no worries!  Out, out, out was chanted at a great number of protests during that time and, in fact, every time I hear her name, I nearly always  think of out, out, out!
