Incredibly responsive and loud dreadnought size (similar to a J45) from Iris.

I've recently bought their smaller AB model that suits me better size wise so this is looking for a new home.

Excellent condition with some play wear evident on close inspection. Frets in great condition. 

Specs:
Adirondack spruce top, mahogany back and sides, 1 3/4" width nut and 2 5/16" string spacing at the saddle, firestripe pickguard, ivoroid binding.
 The action measures 1.9mm at the low E and 1.7mm at the high E string.
25" inch scale length, nice medium C shaped neck carve.

With the custom upgrades (adirondack top, sunburst finish, firestripe pickguard and ivoroid binding) the new price on this would be £2900.
