Hi there, I'm moving this lovely guitar on as I no longer need it. My function band days are over due to old age . I started gigging circa 1967 so it's time to slow down . I do , however play regularly at acoustic clubs and small functions so I'm hoping the Les Paul sale will allow me to buy or exchange a decent Martin Dreadnought. NB I have now bought a D18 so exchange no longer needed !!
The Les Paul is in very good condition having had very little play. there is plating loss on the gold parts but no damage or visible fret wear. Here's the best bit, it weighs about 7.5 lbs ( on my bathroom scales.)
So , a Les Paul you can play all night even with a fragile back !

I have taken some pictures on my phone but can't seem to get them on Imgur - any advice would be welcomed guys.

They changed the way you upload images now - click the "new post" button and a box will come up inviting you to drop your images. They will then load up as normal and you will be able to copy the direct links to each image and paste them into this thread. Nice axe BTW - GLWTS! ALso consider Atkin Dreads as well (unless you have your heart set on a Martin) - they are superb.......

Can you imagine what it feels like to play a Les Paul Custom that weighs 7.5 lbs ?  My first one ( circa 1974 ) weighed over 10lbs  !!

I'd love to.  I have an 11lb Historic 57 BB 3-pickup that I'm beginning to accept I need to part ways with.  This would be the perfect way to wean myself onto a slightly cheaper, much lighter version...
