Blimey, I’m an outlier here.  On the low E I’m 4 mm on my electrics. I’ve always liked the action high, but might reconsider.
Mine isn't quite that high (acoustic might be) but it's still more than twice what some people's are.

I play quite hard at times.
Yo momma's on the crack rock!

About 2mm on my 9.5" radius Tele. It was pretty flat but I've added relief, which seems to improve the sound.

I don't like really low action, and I don't like the treble side to be significantly lower than the bass side.

    is that actually playable?
Not sure I'd want to shake his hands if they are that strong

3/32 bass side and 2/32 on the treble side on all guitars.
I would love to change my username, but I fully understand the T&C's (it was an old band nickname). So please feel free to call me Dave.

My electric guitars are generally about 5/64” on the bass side and 3/64” on the treble side at the 12th fret. On a 12” radius board the action is sometimes set a little lower.

I thought mine were set pretty high, mostly around 3mm, and I usually have a little too much relief - never flat,
Biggest issue, and harder to fix, is getting the nut right, action doesn't really come into it once I get playing, hammer ons and pull offs seem a bit cleaner with a slightly higher action  / more relief, but too much makes things a bit stiff, and intonation becomes a real problem.
Most of my stuff has something like a 9 inch radius, if not smaller, so for bendy stuff I do need a bit more clearance, no buzzing allowed.
