I’ve got one in that colour. Fab thing. Sounds ace. 

Also got the same pickups in my Airline H78. 

I should sell one really, they sound too similar

Not sure how the thread's been derailed by an Airline.

They do have a certain look, but I love it. 

They seem to specialise in taking unusual or cult guitar models from the 60’s and 70’s, and reimagining them with modern playability and updated pickups. These DeArmond- alike pickups in this model are excellent. 

 

I genuinely would take pretty much any Airline or Eastwood over all the other jelly-mould mid price strat, LP, ans tele copies on the market.  

Eastman and Airline are doing something infinitely more interesting.
