Tele/Strat Maple neck made by Rob Williams of Woodworm Music Products in the 1990s.

The neck is birds eye and flame maple.  The dots are translucent and have a red tinge.  Nut is 42mm.  The neck is a slim-ish C profile (c18mm thick at the 1st and 12th frets), with a 12” radius.  

Excellent condition.

It came from a telecaster but has a Strat shaped headstock.  The heel is slightly rounded.

Woodworm neck plate and 4 screws.

Telecaster Ash body, also made by Rob Williams of, at the time, Woodworm Music Products in the 1990s.

The body is contoured on the top edge and on the back.

The neck pick-up cavity has been widened to fit a Humbucker and the control cavity was very slightly lengthened.  I routed the body further to accept a middle pickup for a Nashville setup.  The new routs are not perfect, but they are pretty neat (and hidden under the pickguard).  

Has ferrules, strap buttons and jack plate.
