WITHDRAWN, having cold feet about selling it



For sale is my beautiful November 2001 Mcllroy AJ30. One of Dermot's early builds with an 057 serial number. It is hard to believe this guitar is 23 years old this month, it is in in incredible condition. I was lucky enough to buy it from Steve ( @cloudnine ) in August 2023. It was cherished before and I too have cherished it.

Circumstances mean I need to sell some gear.

I am a big fan of Irish guitars and have owned a few, they just have something special about them, and this Mcllroy has special oozing from it. Read the spec sheet to discover the fabulous woods used.

I was with someone who works at Mcllroy last night. All the promotional stuff you hear from boutique builders regarding fastidiousness is actually true for them.

Wow, that's a stunner.

Looking at the binding and purfling work on mine amazes me, they really do know what they are doing, and on top of that their guitars sound incredible too
