Made by renowned luthier, Allan Marshall (now retired) in 1997, the Northworthy Edale is inspired by a Gibson Chet Atkins SST model. The craftsmanship is superb and the guitar is so easy to play. Lovely slim neck (sort of Telecaster style), beautiful inlays and has a dual pick-up system.The top of the body has a stain finish and does show some playing marks, nothing detrimental but you can see places where the hand/fingers have rested. There is some sort of slight fading of the wood in some areas. The top has a natural finish and does seem to mark quite easily but it in no way affects the sound or playability of the guitar. I have altered the contrast a little on the first two pics to exaggerate the slight fading. In reality it doesn’t look as mottled and looks fairly even coloured. Just want to highlight the finish, which is really good for a guitar from 1997!
Sitka spruce top mahogany back and sides, ebony finger board , stunning snowflake inlays and rosette , beautiful marquetry and binding, dual Fishman pickup system piezo saddle pickup and Fishman neck pickup separate jack socket for each.

@Roland
You might as well have left the link in situ - telling everyone that there *was* a link to his Reverb ad is just as good as having the link in the post (not exactly many of those FS!).
