White Stripes key/chord problem

It's almost certainly something I'm doing wrong but here goes (keep it simple as my theory understanding is a work in progress).
Before I started concentrating on learning and playing I'd learnt I'm Bound To Pack It Up from Ultimate Guitar tab/chord , sounded great but I'd never bothered to play along with the original recording.
Fast forward a couple of years, subbed to Moises (great by the way) uploaded said track and i'm so far off my wife came in to complain. I listen to it and I thought I was sharp so I shifted everything down a half tone (D to Db etc) better but still gash.
Off I go to Songsterr (usually quite good) and Broken Bricks just to see if there's a tuning difference or Ultimate Guitar had it wrong all those years ago. It would seem all the usual tab suspects have it in standard tuning and the Verse is D F G (sus4 of each interspersed) Moises has it Db Fb Gb (again sus4 interspersed).
I'm lost to be honest. Moises is usually pretty good with the chord thing as well (its in Beta but still good). I did stumble across a site that suggested it was not tuned A440 but A451, tried that and still terrible.
Am I missing something obvious here?

What's the issue? On the recording, his guitar is tuned down about a quarter step, between D and Db.

Interesting note: very similar progression to Disappear by Porcupine Tree.

My ear is not good enough to recognise that and none of the bloody tabs mention it. I know tab sites can be shit but BrokenBricks is usually quite good. I shall give that a go and see if its better (in relative terms, i'm still the weak link )

I don't think any tab is going to tune your guitar for you. :)

Perhaps this is a good nudge away from tabs?

Find a live version. If it's between pitches on the recording then likely recording has been sped up or slowed down.

Yep they”re just tuned a bit flat. Or slowed down. So definitely not A451. More like A426.

The Moises people, who must have used software that suggested the song was in Db though, need a wobble.
RSD: It's going to get worse before it gets worse.

I wasn't expecting that  ;) and i've since started training my ears (Tinitus doesn't help but i'm slowly improving), it was such an obvious difference and I don't have the theory knowledge to discern what to trust, almost a wood for the tree's sort of thing.
Half a step down and its much better so as usual the help here is fab.
As for Moises, Its really quite good, and i've got better at working out the odd error here and there (it sometimes chucks a weird chord in when its obvious ,even to me that is not right) but I was totally flummoxed this time

I went half and then dicked about around there, my tuned only goes in halfs and my ear is not good enough to tune without it yet. Much appreciated advice though. Sometimes the simple stuff (to others ) seems like such a revelation to me, its a wonderful feeling though getting help from everyone here. Cheers me up no end.

Keep going. The learning process arguably is is the right place when it doesn't feel easy (nor impossible).

I agree with @LPManic ; ... I'm a Thin Lizzy fan so I've always left a guitar tuned to their 70s albums which were generally E flat tuned but analogue recordings so just a few Hz lower.

However, I've recently found live stuff on YT that's standard tuned so I can play and improv with any guitar.
