Have since upgraded to the Yamaha MG10 though which is alot better. The smallest one in the MG range is the AG6 as posted below so might be too many channels (6) but does the job nicely.
You could use something very simple, lower cost, and lower complexity:

If you can solder, a few stereo pots and jack sockets would do the job - https://learn.adafruit.com/four-channel-audio-passive-stereo-mixer/circuit-diagram - although by the time you buy a case, it'd be more expensive than the two ready-made ones.
