SOLD: Fender Custom Vibrolux Reverb ‘90s with upgrades, cover and flight case £700

90s Custom Vibrolux Reverb amp. Previously owned by the guitar player from the band Doves. The tour flight case is included in the sale but can be sold without if preferred. Also included is the HotCovers padded cover. All can be seen in the pictures. This has had the Moyer/Fromel mods which vastly improves the amp from stock spec and makes it the same as the highly regarded ‘63 Vibroverb from the same era. It sounds fantastic with every guitar I’ve played through it. The reverb is much more usable than many stock Fender amp reverbs in that it doesn’t go to ‘surf’ too soon and can be dialled in much more effectively to taste. Features bias trem which is really lush sounding and without the volume drop that often comes with opto trem on other Fender amps. Speakers upgraded with the combination of Eminence Copperhead and Celestion Creamback. I also have another Copperhead speaker and another Celestion as shown in the pics so the buyer can choose any combination of these. I personally really like the Eminence/Celestion combination but happy to refit on request. A potential bargain for an amazing amp with upgrades, padded cover and flight case. Collection preferred but can deliver within a reasonable distance from Tunbridge Wells. Or buyer can arrange their own courier.
