Advice on a Mac spec for basic browsing and...

Basic browsing, a supported OS for a few years and transferring backing tracks/stems to a non-interest mac via firestick.

What Mac would I need? I'm looking at minimum cost, minimum spec.

Seriously, since @RaymondLin told me that they all have 16GB RAM as standard, there isn't any reason for your use case to buy anything other that a "Basic" M4.  Mac Mini is cheapest https://www.apple.com/uk/shop/buy-mac/mac-mini if you already have a keyboard, Mouse and monitor.  £599, and 256GB SSD is enough for you I think.

The base model M4 Mac mini can do more than basic browsing, you can edit 4k videos on it fine, you can run a small business out of that for most people. It has enormous amount of horsepower.

Add storage through external SSD and the only thing lacking really are usb ports so a dock or hub is all you need.
