This month's theme is courtesy of January's winner, @dazzajl and his new mono camera

"I think, given my new love for having a monochrome camera, the theme should be ‘Mono’. To be taken in the most open and broad sense naturally...

...Hopefully people will go in all the possible directions that one or singular could inspire."

Lots of scope there... monochrome shots, people on unicycles, all sorts! Looking forward to seeing what everyone has. Now go and shoot beautiful scenes for my enjoyment!

It definitely fits the theme. There is a (very casual) rule that photos should be taken within the last year or so... I won't be checking any metadata or anything though!

Thanks! I was out photographing today and it's good to know about the metadata, as my Nikon D4 I used the internal clock is dead. It happened last year when I took it out in a blizzard. I wiped it dry in the car but the next day the internal clock and the rear sub screen were dead. So the clock resets to 0:00 1/1/2012 every time it drops into standby.

I have decided to change my entry to this one which I think is more suitable. I was taken at Eastham near where I live.
