A really expressive, dynamic amp that sits somewhere between a tweed Deluxe and a Blackface Princeton. The NOS tubes make a noticeable difference - more harmonic richness and a smoother breakup. The clean tones are warm and full, with a nice amount of compression that makes everything feel a bit more alive under the fingers. When you crank it, it has that rich, singing overdrive that’s touch-sensitive and very amp-like—almost like a bigger, more refined version of a tweed Deluxe. Works well as a pedal platform, but honestly, it sounds so good on its own that you don’t really need much in front of it. A tough of analog delay, crank it, use guitar volume to taste = wow.
I did slightly damage the grill cloth a while back which I had professionally replaced. Otherwise it's only seen home use.
Note: this amp can be swapped back to 6L6 or different rectifier with a simple re-bias (external bias point makes this extremely easy to do with a multimeter).

Marshall ST20H £500
Very little home use - fantastic amp and amazing value for money. Only selling because I’m massively downsizing my whole collection.
Located in Archway N19 - can consider posting via Lenspeed if seller arranges collection.
