What happens to my purchased IK amp collections when I sell my ToneX?

I've decided to sell my ToneX pedal and my GT1000 Core plus assorted bits and just use my Kemper Profiler Player as its all I ever turn on now.
I've but a bunch of profiles and will pass them on with the Tonex but will the new owner also get access to Tonex Max and the Satriani Amp Vault I bought? 
Is the purchase linked to the Pedal or me?
Hoping it's like UA and Kemper in that it is linked to the pedal...

I think if youve registered tonex max in the product manager it stays with you though not 100% certain.

It’s linked to the software. 

I had a One so got Tonex SE, then bought the big one and it gave me Tonex Max. I deregistered and it kept tonex max.
