Solved Documents by Readle - Cant delete project in Logic Pro for IPad on new IPad Air 5th gen

You’re supposed to hold down the icon in the browser & get the option to delete but all it says is 
  Share copy or duplicate . Selecting it gives me the same options although I can see delete is greyed out . Fed up with it  as have searched & searched & can find no one with the same problem . Thinking of sending it back & sticking to my air & iMac  

It’s an applevrefurb but still cost a bomb & I have 14 days to return it if not satisfied 
I’ll probably try Apple care in the morning  but from reading other people various problems they usually tell you to uninstall & reinstall  .  My 6th gen has been going for 7 or 8 years in my ownership and it was pre owned from CEX

Documents by readle seemed to have caused the anomaly 
  I deleted it & the issue was fixed
