You know all  about Carr quality, and that that these don’t come up very often. If it’s good enough for Bill Frissell then say no more. Way too good for me. 
Dual 6V6 (2x 12AX7 / 2x 12AT7 / 2x 6V6). Class A. (partial fixed bias) . Quite loud at 16 watts clean, 19 watts maxed. Will easily keep up with a drummer
Lush, all tube reverb with long spring tank
The clever bit is the Mid control with extended range and the Variable Headroom control. Makes it tonally more flexible than a Princeton, and you can add hair at any volume. 
 Solid pine cabinet. 1 x 12" Eminence Red, White & Blues speaker. Includes additional front baffle for 10” speaker . Easy to swap
