case silks

Hi - I have a few cases that do not have silks and the case lining seems to react to the strings a little.  Nothing concerning - just the string feel sticky and its not a great feeling, like having old strings on regardless of age.

Just wondering if anyone has fixed similar issues - havent seen any after market silks for sale.

I think that you might mean 'Case Shrouds' as referred to by Gibson when I last looked a decade or two ago

Ah yes indeed, a shroud no less - might have a bit more luck finding one now i have the correct terminology.
